Cupping is Back in Sessions + A New Detox Support

Happy March!!

I wanted to share a small update from the treatment room this month.

Several clients have already asked about cupping returning to sessions, so I’m happy to say I’m beginning to incorporate it again.

As my hands continue getting stronger, I’m able to comfortably use my smaller cups again — something many of you have enjoyed in the past.

Cupping gently lifts and decompresses the tissue, which allows me to release stubborn muscle tension more effectively while giving my hands a little extra support during deeper work.

The best part is that there is no extra charge for cupping. When appropriate for your session, I simply incorporate it as part of the treatment.

If you’ve enjoyed cupping before or have been curious to try it, just let me know during your appointment and I’ll happily include it.

New Detox Support Available

I’ve also added a new wellness option to the retail shelf that I’m really excited about.

Cymbiotika Liposomal Glutathione

Glutathione is often called the body’s “master antioxidant.” It plays an important role in helping the body detoxify, protect cells from oxidative stress, and support overall health as we age.

Many people use glutathione to support:

• Natural detoxification
• Cellular energy production
• Immune system health
• Brain and nerve health
• Healthy skin and aging support

What I like about this formula is that it combines glutathione with several nutrients that support cellular energy and antioxidant protection.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) helps the body convert fats, carbohydrates, and proteins into usable cellular energy.

CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) is a powerful antioxidant that supports mitochondrial energy production and heart health. Our natural levels of CoQ10 decline with age, so supplementation can help maintain optimal levels.

Reduced Glutathione supports liver health and plays a key role in the body’s natural detoxification pathways.

PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) helps support mitochondrial function, protects nerve cells from oxidative stress, and supports cognitive health.

Because this formula is liposomal, it’s designed to help the body absorb and utilize these nutrients more effectively.

Why This Pairs Well With Massage

Massage and bodywork help improve circulation and lymphatic movement, which assists the body in moving metabolic waste products out of tissues.

Glutathione works internally to support the body’s detoxification pathways and cellular repair, so when used alongside regular massage it can help support the body’s natural recovery and healing processes.

Think of massage as helping move things out of the tissues, while glutathione helps the body process and neutralize toxins at the cellular level.

If you’re curious about trying it, I’m offering it two ways:

Single packet — $3

Box of 26 packets — $59

Many people like to start with a single packet first to see how their body responds.

Booking Reminder

March appointments are starting to fill, so this is a good time to get on the calendar if you’ve been meaning to book.

If you’d like to schedule a session — especially if you’d like to experience cupping again — you can book here:

Planning Your Next Session

Many clients find they feel their best when they schedule bodywork every 4–6 weeks.

If it’s been a while since your last session, this is a great time to schedule your next session and get something on the calendar.

Even booking a few weeks out can help ensure you get a time that works well for you.
