A Little Lymphatic Love This Month
Happy February!
As we move into this new season, I’ve been reflecting on how important it is to support our bodies gently — especially as we navigate stress, inflammation, and the natural changes that come with time.
I’ve personally been focusing on healing, rest, and strengthening my own body, and it’s reminded me how powerful small, consistent wellness practices can be.
🌿 Why Lymphatic Support Matters
Our lymphatic system plays a huge role in immune health, inflammation reduction, and overall vitality. Unlike our circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump — it relies on movement and gentle stimulation.
That’s why techniques like myofascial lymphatic drainage massage and dry brushing can:
• Reduce swelling and puffiness
• Support detoxification
• Improve circulation
• Promote relaxation
• Support immune health
As we age, lymphatic flow can slow — and giving it a little support can make a noticeable difference in energy and comfort.
🌿 New Services Now Available
✨ Extended Myofasical Lymphatic Drainage Sessions (MFLD)
A gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support the natural flow of lymph throughout the body.
This treatment may help:
• Reduce swelling and fluid retention
• Support immune function
• Encourage detoxification
• Promote deep relaxation
• Assist post-surgical recovery
• Support those managing chronic swelling or lymphedema (when appropriate and cleared by your provider)
This is an incredibly calming, nurturing treatment that works with your body — not against it.
🌿 Dry Brushing Add-On
Dry brushing is a gentle exfoliation technique that stimulates circulation and supports lymphatic movement through light, surface-level brushing.
Benefits may include:
• Improved circulation
• Gentle skin exfoliation
• Increased energy
• Support for mild fluid retention
• A refreshing boost to your wellness routine
⚠️ Please note: Dry brushing is not recommended for those with chronic swelling or lymphedema, as it may aggravate symptoms. If you’re unsure whether this is appropriate for you, I’m always happy to guide you.

A Quick Health Update
Most of you know I’ve been navigating some health challenges over the past couple of years. I’m continuing to heal and grow stronger every month, and I’m so grateful for your patience and support during this time.
We met an unexpected bump in the road when my Lyme doctor suddenly passed away in January. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Dr. Crist and his staff.
He saved my life and we will never forget him.

But the show must go on… :)
I have an appointment in a few days with a doctor from Illinois who can pick up where he left off and we’re super excited to meet her.
Thanks for reading!
