April Update — A New Chapter
Happy April!
Over the past couple of months, my focus has been on healing, rebuilding strength, and adjusting my schedule while continuing to work with clients.
And I wanted to share a little update…
I officially graduated from physical therapy 🙌
Even more exciting — my grip strength has nearly tripled since December, which means I’m able to work more effectively and comfortably during sessions.
I’m feeling stronger, more grounded, and more capable in my body than I have in a long time — and that’s directly translating into the quality of care I’m able to provide.
💛 A Quick Recap + What This Means For You
Last month, I shared a few additions to sessions — including cupping and new detox support options.
Those are still available and have been integrating really well into treatments.
But what feels even more important right now is this:
I’m showing up differently.
Stronger hands, better endurance, and more presence — which allows for deeper, more effective work during your sessions.
📅 Booking for April
I’ve opened up additional availability for April as I expand back into a fuller schedule.
Appointments are starting to fill, and I recommend booking ahead to stay consistent with your care (every 4–6 weeks works best for most clients).

💬 Client Experience (This Is Where You Come In)
If you’ve experienced the Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage Massage, I’d love your feedback.
I’ve created a quick, anonymous form where you can share your experience — and with your permission, I may feature it (without names or identifying details) to help others understand the benefits.

💛 Closing
Thank you for being part of this journey with me — whether you’ve been coming in for years or are just getting started.
I truly appreciate the trust you place in me to support your health and recovery.
🔥 P.S.
It’s been really exciting to feel this momentum building again — April is already starting to fill, and I’d love to see you in soon.
Thanks for reading!
