💚 A Little Health Update
It's been a while since I've shared a personal update, and many of you have asked how I'm doing.
I'm still receiving treatment for Lyme disease and continue to make steady improvements. One unexpected milestone is that my strength has returned enough that I've actually had to lighten up my pressure with a few clients! I'm still getting used to my "new normal," but it's been a wonderful reminder of how far I've come.
Thank you all for your continued kindness and encouragement throughout this journey. Your support truly means more than you know.
